yea, they both have hit a rough spot now, but im sure they're gonna get it going towards the end of the season. they're not gonnna overwork their pitching staff now, but when it hits about 2-3 weeks before the reg season is done, their gonna start getting them warmed up for the postseason

Philly has too many people with experience to not turn it back on and manny is gona get LA ready, I've seen it first hand.. His laid back attitude wil be huge yet again for LA heading into the playoffs and that's without mentioning torre who has more experience then any other manager in the game right now..

yea, having a manger with alot of postseason experience, def. helps. the dodgers and philles both have the teams to make a deep run

LA-D's got the team to do it, but they're really slacking as of late, same with Philly.

And I don't even wanna talk about my boys right now; I'm still pissed we lost the series to Kansas City. Lol.

i think the phillies will be helped a lot by pedro. he isn't great like he was, but he is experienced. he can help teach young pitchers to just focus on the game, and he's been doing pretty well as of late. i remember when everyone said signing pedro would be a huge bust. don't hear them now, lol.

The phillies got plenty of experience,they will turn it on come october.. That lineup and rotation will get hot right at the end of september and carry it into october..

Philly finally made the switch to ryan madson as their closer now after lidge blew his 10th save of the year.. Great move heading into the stretch run..

About time, Philly. Now they know why Lidge left Houston...

well, madson has struggled when put into the closer role this year, so we'll see if he can turn it around. lidge will be used the last couple days of the season, when the games shouldn't count if we are far enough ahead, to see if he can right himself. just have to see how it plays out.

Philadelphia still should win the NL Pennant when it's all said it done. Those boys can turn a switch on quick.

With us collapsing all of a sudden, the Minnesota Twins series this weekend is very pivotal for us now.
