Actually eagles only got 2 deep threats and texans have 3 deep threats and cowboys have ummmm NO DEEP THREATS.

And as for samuel that little CB would get MURDERED there is no way WITTLE samuel is gonna shut down Dre samuels is like 5-10 and Dre is like 6-3 and can run faster than samuels.

OH and by the way miles austin ain't a speed demon.

how the hell do the texans have 3 deep threats? lol and in my opinion i think sheldon could go toes with dre and come out on top and its not all about hight and weight and speed, samuel has technique not sayin dre doesnt but really you cant just automatically throw samuel out of the conversation cuz he doesnt match up to dre physically, revis did a good job on dre and he's not 6-3 320+ pounds, i guess we'll just have to see when they play, how can you say miles isnt a speed demon maybe not like santana or steve smith but the doode can burn he didnt blow up cuz he's slow he can fly and you know it. lol i'd still love to hear those 3 deep threats the texans have and if you say jacoby jones ill laugh! lol

he had a few deep catches and one of them were against one of the best CB's in the league the TITANS own CORTLAND FINNEGAN and it was man 2 man coveredge.

and wittle samuel doesn't stand a chance against BIG BAD Dre.

if your a texans fan you should know tha jacoby had his best season and is a deep threat and you should already know about davis.

yess but they arent legit deep threats like dre, i dont think teams are gonna treat jones and davis like they will dre, i would say the two targets you gotta watch out for is daniels and dre, not so much jones and davis cuz when your thinkin legit deep threats neither one of thier names come to mind, and you cant say "whittle" cuz revis did a good jobe on dre and samuel and revis are the same size just about revis is a lil bit heavier but there is no corner that is 6-3 220 plus pounds and can run like that its almost a mismatch for any corner but revis did a good job, so it goes to show size isnt everything, technique and field smarts play a large roll too. i dont think the texans will be able to run to ball too effectively on the eagles, not beacuse of slaton i think he's got all the talent in the world he just doesnt have too much help from the big boys up front. i doubt the eagles will leave just one guy on dre too, i mean seriously would anyone really just leave dre one on one all day? unless you got revis or namdi? i bet asante gets some saftey help, also i think the eagles blitz's will throw off schaub, i mean if you cant get the ball to dre then he's useless, again thats where i think the O-line of the texans will come into play. on O though i mean whos gonna cover maclin? dunta i would assume gets on action jackson wich makes sense, but then who covers maclin? i mean not one of the texans DB's can run with maclin cept dunta and he'll probably be on jackson, i think the eagles offensive line can do the job against the texans D-line, i mean mario is a freak but he needs help.

^^^^darrelle is better than samuel though. i don't expect samuel to do half of what darrelle did in week one of the regular season against Dre and of course Dre will be doubled thats MANDATORY and don't expect the eagles safety's to cover Dre half decent and even if he is doubled he can still make plays in coveredge i seen him do it all season.

As for maclin and desean hopefully dunta can be agressive with him and the rest of the DB's just back up and play deep and force the underneath throws to celek and let one of the texans star MLB's tackle and make some stops.

texans D-line was better this past season than ever before it still needs help but this is the best D-line they've ever had.

k dre cant win a football game for the texans its a team sport, dont matter if dre do make plays cuz the texans are lacking in other areas, to beat the eagles or any team for that matter the texans are gonna have to help dre out and i just dont see that commin this up comming season, maybe in a few years but not right off the bat, if the had a line and some more good D players they could easily be a playoff team, just missin a few pieces, that i dont think there gonna fully get in one off-season.

what do you mean help out Dre he has plenty of help from his teammates it's not like they throw the ball to him all game long only when they need a big play or if he's open wich he's always open the majority of the time and the way you talk about the texans it's almost like you haven't seen all their games the last two seasons you should know that schaub likes to spread the ball around and give all the wr's a chance to touch the ball.

And the o-line isn't that bad the way you talk about them you make them sound like their in need of a few line men their not the best but their a little better than you make them out to be their just as good as the chargers o-line schaub is tied 18th with philip rivers at being sacked 25 times. thats not that bad.

exactly how many texans games have you seen cause the way your talking about them is almost like you don't know what your talking about C'MON man you think Dre needs help and it will come in A FEW YEARS! he don't need help with anything what does he need help with?.

this team is ready for the playoffs they just gotta limit the turnovers and learn to finish games they've lost so many games at the goal line this past season.

If your talking about helping Dre with other weapons they got plenty of talent at wr and TE.

Kevin Walter has 178 catches in the last 3 seasons thats better than the eagles best receiver.

O.D. has 133 catches in the last 2 seasons thats better than the eagles two best receivers.

they help Dre plenty ask any DC in the AFC south they'll tell you that O.D. makes it real hard to double Dre.

haha ur comment was longer than mine smart guy. lol you throw out stats but they dont mean anything really cuz in the end they couldnt get the job done, but ya know what ima let you think what you want in your fantasy world where the texans are the best team in the NFL and no one else compares. wich recieving core got thier team to the playoffs? not the texans i mean your stats make the texans sound nice but its a team sport individual stats arent recognized as much as a team making a playoff run, seriously you think the texans are the best in every catagory and in some they are but in alot they are not, im not gonna argue with you cuz your entitled to your own opinion and im entitled to mine, the texans got a tough scheduel this up comming season, we'll just have to see if they play as big as you talk.

yea i agree with you on that, they shoulda won more games but they didnt and its too bad cuz they do got talent wich is why im taking nothing away from either team cuz philly is better than they played in there last two games, this is how i see it, i think the eagles will win when the texans and philly play beacuse we have a more complete defense and offense, i mean there both really good i just think philly will take it, houston doesnt have a favorable matchup on maclin, but i think dre comes out on top against samuel but i also dont think dre murders samuel i mean you gotta admit the doode is good, i dono how well the texans line is gonna handle all the blitzing the eagles like to do i just think philly is a better team no offense the texans are good but when you think of them you think of high powered offense not lights out defense an i think philly has both of those and with jackson in special teams i think there very well rounded in all 3 phases of the game. but it will be loads of fun to watch, im by no means counting the texans out just think the eagles will come out with the win.

^^^^texnas special team is just as good and their D makes plays when they had to make plays that was one thing that was different from any other texans D this D they got now actually makes plays and get's their O back on the feild it's one reason their O was so good because they were always on the feild.

yess i would agree with you on that i just think personally the eagles are better no disrespects to houston cuz ya'l got a good squad i just think if they were to play now the eagles would win now depending on how FA goes and who both teams draft i think the look of both teams could be very different come next season.
