zone blitzs from differnt defense sets.

I wanted to know can anybody or someone can share a setup or two on the differnt zoneblitzs in this year game. If you know of setups for the nickel or the 1-5-5 or the 3-4 or the quartes i would greatly appreciated your help on that so i can effectively get heat on the qb. Again i say thanks im out alc
