Good 3rd and Long Defense

Hey guys, lately i have been having trouble stopping people on 3rd and long (3rd and 7 to like 3rd and 15) and i was wondering if you guys should help me out. Anyone care to share some plays. By the way i use 46 D.

cover 4 on xbox press y left stick left, rb right stick down, and audible nose guard to deep blue zone but u gotta make sure ur defensive ends are good enough to get pressure in 5 or so seconds

thats too much....cover 3 n put the guys whos in the flats in a purple zone

take the guy in the in the yellow hookzone 2 qb spy and put each DE in a purple zone

I do that same 2 man under in qtrs and the lb is already in a qb spy, I then use the lb rush package and set the de's (lb's) in a deep blue or purple depending on the yardage..... If yardage is over 10 I will shade my safeties to the sideline

cover 4, send one DE (OLB subbed in for DE) in hook zone, put starting DE at DT, spread LBs and play wit one of them over the middle.. LOCKED!!!

if they need less than 10 yards i suggest placing the other DE in QB spy to prevent a long scramble for the 1st or to make it 4th and short.. it takes away the option to scramble and follows the QB over the middle so rolling out doesnt do much unless ur throwin deep..
