a good defense against a good passing player?

i run the 46 D and was wondering what some of you guys run for a team that passes alot.....i like to blitz but i need some plays that are good against the pass.....and not just cover 3 or 4 but some exotic plays or packages....if u guys know anything that would help out let me know....thanks for your help everyone

I use 3-4 and if he rolls and scrambles a lot use cb blitz

i use the 3-4 as well. i like tto use a few blitzes out of the 3-4 Stack formation for constant passers.

I use the play 46 Bear - Zone Read only I set it as an audible and run it with Nickle or Dime personell on the field by calling a nickle or Dime play and then audiblizing.

use this play..it works for me when people throw to middle range pass's..but it is not that good when they jsut throw to the flats

use 46 Bear- BUZZ WEAK
pinch the line
do Y down to do press coverage
and user control the free safty to stop the deep pass

best play ever, but its fag D, but it can still get pressure. 46 normal cover 2 hawk, control the MLB on the spy and act as if he was a deep safety and guard the middle. stops the passes to the corner, stops the short routes, stops the deep balls as well, while containing the passes across the middle.

haha its in my audibles already....use it alot....only bad thing is streaks on outside cuz safeties can get beat but ya its good
