whats the bestd formation to stop the run????

i use 46 i like the 34 and i just dont get it if i play certain rb i just cant do s*** . i just played jags couldnt stop but a hand full og pitches and thats all he did.and ideas to help me

if he is gunna run pitches all game then just put your DE in contain

DE in contain doesnt always work .. try blitzes from the side he is doing the pitch or move ur line to that side and move ur linebackers to the side .

46 bear no doubt, Outside blitz with a DE in contain, physically impossible to run the pitch against that.
