Well, if Clemson doesn't s*** the bed this coming week against Virginia, we'll be getting that rematch with GT. And they should be able to make the whole game look like the 2nd half of the first game with GT did.

They wont stop the triple option as good as they did last time. Nesbitt has been throwing more on target every game. As long as we dont single cover CJ Spiller and Jacoby Ford we should be good on d.

We'll see. I still like our chances anyways. But with that said, every year we put ourselves in position to make it to the ACC Championship, we've found a way to screw it up. We still have to beat Virginia on Sat.

its a toss up, clemsons offense has been hitting its stride lately so im saying clemson

No one has realy stopped GTs triple option since miami did it and nesbitt has been throwing the ball better each week and he's been making better decisions on the option. I like GT to win but it will be a good game.

As long as GT contains Spiller it should be smooth sailing.

We actually pretty much shut the option down in the first game. Besides that 90-something yd TD run at the beginning of the game. 2nd half, they couldn't do anything against our D. Either way, it should be a great game.

Yea I know u shut it down in the 2nd half but nesbitt wasn't playing at the level he is now either. He's making better decisions with the ball and making better throws so expect they will win a close game. I think nesbitt adding a traditional pass game when needed makes the option more deadly. Its gona be a good game either way. I'm a miami fan and hate both teams so I just wana see a good game.

But has Nesbitt added a traditional passing game? I know he is playing better than he was, but it's not like he's slinging it around Case Keenum style or anything. Obviously, that's exagerating a little bit, but you know what I mean. Like I said though, it should be a very interesting game either way. I'm just glad we didn't choke like previous years.

Nesbitt came to GT when we were a pro style team. He has been passing great as of late and making good decisions in the triple option. As long as we dont fumble I dont see Clemson winning.

Do you mean GT will lose cause Spiller loves to hit the outside? I'm not sure I follow you. If Spiller hits the outside, it usually means he is gone. GT I would think, wants to keep him in between the tackles.

It was a great game as usual between those 2. Our D just came up 1 play short. That 4th and short on the last drive was what won the game for you guys. I didn't understand the deep pass to Spiller on 2nd down at the end. That just wasted a play really. They should have done that on 1st down instead. That way you still have 3 plays to get the 1st down instead of only 2. Oh well, good luck against Cincy.

i still don't understand why they played Clemson and not VT when VT's overall record was better than Clemsons. but...Clemson played well! i enjoyed the game. now....my Hokies have to play the Tennesse Volunteers in the Chic-Fil-A Bowl on Dec. 31st.

cuz it went by ACC overall and GT and VT are both in the coastal division of the ACC.
