ACC TALK

I can't believe Miami lost today. Like 2ton said, we can only hope from here on out.

We need more then GT to lose an in conference game. We need VT to lose too. They are 1 loss team in the ACC.. Looks like this is GTs year like crunk said.

I was kinda surprised at how the Clemson/Miami game went yesterday. If someone told me before the game that Clemson would win, I would have predicted a 14-10 type game. What pisses me off about the tigers, is they can play like they have the past 2 weeks and look like the best team in the ACC, but just 1 game before that they lose to freaking Maryland. We're still too inconsistant. But, we still control our own destiny on our side.

Yeah I understand your point, I didn't see a shoot out like that coming out of the wood works. Good game to watch though, very entertaining, disappointing for a Hurricane fan though.

Yeah for real. It was an awesome game no matter who won. I'm used to being on the wrong end of those close games. Especially with what happened to us against GT, and the TCU game as well. I'm still not drinking the Kool Aid again though. We could just as easily go out and lay an egg in our next ACC game.

Haha yeah I hear you bro. I'm still hoping the U has a shot at the ACC title but it looks blurry at this point in time. Just not our year maybe.

VT just lost again! unbelievable! well....so far....GT is the front-runner at that ACC title game...but...VT isn't done yet. hopefully GT will lose a few more along the way and VT will get their act together and play like the defending ACC Champions that they are.

I dont see us losing to either Wake or Duke. Clemson played the best againt our triple option, but we have added a lot more passing plays now.

VT has only lost 2 ACC games. seems like after just 2 conference losses....eveyone is counting us out of the ACC Championship game a lil' bit too early.

I don't understand how Tech didn't show up last night against UNC...unbelievable. Hopefully, they'll bounce back and play up to snuff. Georgia Tech's been nearly unstoppable with that triple option, but someone's gotta slow them down.

Its cuz VTs offence really isn't that good. If they don't get them "beamer ball" scores on D/ST then they are in for a close game and UNC is a good team that u can't fool around with.

Duke and Wake dont have great athletes on defense first of all. Then VT has to hope GT loses both of their last 2 acc games.

Well, it looks like for Clemson, our season comes down to FSU this Sat. It's crazy to think that a 2-3 team that just lost to Maryland a month later controls their own destiny in getting to the ACC Championship. After this, it's just NC State and Virginia for us.

Wake brought it to you cats and almost pulled off the upset! VT beat E Carolina and are 6-2 overall with only 2 conference losses. they are still in the hunt!

I knew it would be close seeing as Skinner played and we have the worst pass defense in the ACC. They didnt really stop us on offense thou.

that was a good game and GT has definately been on a roll...that is for sure! but....i have full confidence in my Hokies to make that ACC Championship!

35-10 GT right now, so it looks like GT is going to the ACC Championship.

VT just blasted Maryland 36-9. they are 7-3 overall.
