Watching the saints raiders replay on nfl **** and who ever said nnamdi can't play zone is right

Mistafaded, I'll tell you why nnamdi had to play zone and it seemed like he couldn't play it cause he has bone chips in one of his wrists....he's hurt, and they say he is going to miss more then 2 weeks possibly....he might miss the san diego game too...but he's hurt..and he can't jam and shut someone down with one hand.

Well thanks for the good news ketcham.....I was a little worried, cause a friend of mine told me in class that nnamdi would be out of action for over 2 weeks......

Why thank you sir, i tried to tell these dudes that Nnamdi was a good to great CB and not an all around CB like Champ and his hand being busted up doesnt stop a person being able to play zone or man unless you are in a bump and run coverage or a cover 2 zone and i watched that game that Oak played against N.O. and they didnt play cover 2 at all so that isnt an excuse, they played cover 3, 4 and lil cover 8, i could see if his knee or ankle was busted up cause that prevents Nnamdi from running full speed and planting and cutting, Brian Dawkins got a big ass cast on his hand and thats not stoping his coverage skills, it will put him at risk of not tackling ppl but thats is it, Nnamdi is a good corner, maybe great but not all around and the best cause if he was receivers from N.O. wouldnt have caught balls in his area of the zone like Champ does when he plays zone or man.

Well the only thing I can say about the statement above me is I'll agree to disagree. You can say and try to justify champ is better..that's you. But if champ is so great, then jerry porter shouldn't have been embarrasing champ on the field. And yes, jerry porter owned champ. With that said i'l agree to disagree.

You're right, Jerry Porter did do up Champ in Denver, i remember that gm and i also remember it snowing in that gm and that was the equalizer that made Porter go off on Champ but when they went to Oakland Champ shut Porter down, no corner is going to go his whole career and not have some bad games, and the key is SOME, and Champ in 10 yrs has only had 2 bad gms, and those are when he played Jerry Porter in the Snow and when Champ played Chad Ocho Cinco the first time i call that one a stale mate cause even though Chad had like 8 catches for 150 and a touchdown Champ had 3int's on Chad cause Carson kept tryin Champ in man coverage one of those Int's being caught in the endzone, Even though its the preseason season Nnamdi has to work on his zone coverage cause in the gm, he was out of place alot, he so used to playin man D when a receiver went into his area he focused on that receiver while another receiver went into his area and caught the ball instead of just playing his area of zone, so we will agree to disagree, just my opinion though.

well you can say champ is the best "all around corner " you want, but experts agree Aso is best corner in the NFL today.

I could give you 4 or 5 reasons why he didn't play well against the Saints, but just like " it was snowing " it would all be excuses.

Jerry Porter didn't just beat champ in the snow, he beat him physically in more than the snow game. I was personally hoping Porter was becoming the elite WR that he showed us in a couple of games, but he ended up a bum.

I never said champ is a bad corner, I think he is great. In fact I remember him coming out of the draft before you younglins probably wasn't even thinking about football. Champ and CW was best corner out in those days and I had dreams of C. Baily on 1 side of the field and C. Woodson on the other side. Just smoking the WR corps of any team, but didn't happen.
