Seattle Seahawks tips and tricks:HELP WANTED!

I'm a new seahawk player and really would like to know how to play them well.One person told me to put john wilson (CB) as the FS (their overall's are equal at 74) and put some rookie as the fourth cb (something greene he's a FS).Any and all help is NEEDED.
