the quarterbacks in the nfl all agree nnamdi is the better corner when they dont throw the ball his way week in and week out.

One argument against Nnamdi: How much of the quarterbacks avoiding him is the fact that he is good, and how much of it that the rest of the defence is flat out terrible? With that said though I think I would go with Nnamdi #1 and Asante Samuel #2. Bailey 3 years ago was better than Nnamdi is right now but we are talking about the present correct?

Also whoever mentioned Antonio Cromartie, if you watch him play he is a pretty inconsistant corner. Lots of picks but gives up a lot of catches trying to make the big play.

anyone remember when farve was still playing with da packers, they played the broncos in mile high in a monday night football game like 2 years ago right? thats the time when everyone saying champ was on his prime right. well in the game champ got burned really badly in a deep throw by donald driver who?? donald driver hes isnt a great wr hes a top 20 guy right so for him to beat champ deep i think the td was for 60+ yards. so thats shut down and many other beat champ before badly in that game the packers won in OT after favre burned dre bly for another 60+ yrd TD so if anyone remember in that game champ got owned by farve, and driver. im not taking anything away from champ hes a great corner physical as well but he gets burned deep, while nnamdi hasnt in his life in his carrer so when farve a gunslinger doesnt go your way nnamdi's way when the jets played okland this last season where the raiders beat the jets. if anyone saw nfl **** show live wire before the game farve goes to nnamdi and tells him im not going your way, dont even think im going your way, then the game is over and nnamdi doesnt allow any catches and FARVE TELLS NNAMDI AFTER THE GAME YOUR ARE THE BEST IVE EVER PLAYED AGAINST so for all nnamdi haters the TRUTH HURTS.

actually moss had 5 catches for 57 yards and 2 tds vs the raiders last year.. i dont remember if asomghua was on him everytime or not though cuz i was drunk as i am every sunday morning... but still nnamdi>champ right now!! well actually nnamdi>any cb in the league right now...

we are all drunk on those days lol, but both td's came against safeties the first against gibril wilson and the second one against rashad baker against nnamdi he only had 1 catch for 9 yards while cassel threw 4 times against nnamdi completing only 1

While rashean mathis isnt on the level of nnamdi, he is a very elite corner and qb's never ever throw his way. But he will never get recognized as elite, because no media ever follows the jags

thats right its what happend to nnamdi but now the media is focused, but about rashean mathis just ask peyton manning how many ints has he return for td's and big ben cause mathis owns big ben he always picks him for 6 but hes good though and the fact he came from a very small school not even Division I, kudos to mathis he has acomplished a lot hopefully he gets stronger afte

i cnt believe rashean mathis marcus trufant n cromartie arent n the mix they jus had injuries last season dats all but champ is still very respectable.

i think revis should that discussion too the only guy i disagree with is cromartie. dudes good but he's not in that elite category imo because goes for the big play too much and it ends up costin him sometimes

Nnamdi is the best right now... at some point Champ was the Best... Champ doesnt suck or anything but he has his injuries and stuff and he has getting beat these last couple years for watever reason.. he doesnt get beat all the time like an average corner but he has his share of slip ups... were as nnamdi right now is like air tight... it can change and nnadmi had 9 picks 1 year and after that year they stopped throwing on him shutdown corners dont get picks cause they dont get thrown on.... Also the Revis guy on the jets is closing in on champ..... the top 3 corners right now as far as shutdown is arguebly Nnamdi then Champ and 3rd has to be between ansante and Revis.... asante has the jumping the pick issue but he is still very nice

champ has been the best DB for about a 7 year span, but he is gettin older and the raiders dude is steeping up as the best shutdown corner in the league. but when its all said and done, champ was the ultimate shutdown cornerand all QBs were scared to throw to him even when he was comin strait out from georgia and is still feared by every QB in the NFL imo

i also think ppll sleep on asnate that man gets the job dne but u right for a min i thought it was no throwing to champ baileys side of the field.

Champs stats speak for themselves. until Nnamdi gets to more than 1 probowl you guys cant say sh*t. he's no where near champs skill nor will he ever be. and in this case even DEANGELO HALL is better than Nnamdi. More Picks, more probowls. NUFF SAID!!!! STATS DONT LIE

In 2006 , Bailey had ten interceptions through the season tied for the NFL lead with Asante Samuel although Samuel went to the playoffs and intercepted two more passes which he returned for touchdowns. Bailey also did not give up a touchdown during the season.
I wanna see nnamdi not give up a touchdown in a entire regular season

wow do you and Nnamdi have bad blood or something, you said their not even in the same class which is just a bad statement. Nnadmi forces QBs to throw the ball to the other side of the field they are both good and at the top of the league

their not. un til Nnamdi doesnt let a td on him in an entire season, he wont be. also, on November 2, 2008 if my memory serves me right Nnamdi got beat twice By Micheal Jenkins for 2 td's. he was only thrown to twice.

I never said he wasnt good just not at the level champ is at.

And i guess Matt Ryan didnt get the memo about him being an "Elite" CB
