Madden 11 Wishlist

i would like to see the deep zones and the flat zones fixed, both are draged in and frozen when a QB rolls out.

I completly agree. The zones in general need to be fixed.

i would like to see lineman's ratings come into play a bit more, it all starts in the treches in the NFL and the line is one of the biggest reasons teams do well or poor so why should madden be any different?

1) Free agent linebackers are better then slow linebackers like channing crowder. They need to expand the animations so that pro bowl quality runningbacks can carry these stupid 90 speed free agents for extra yards. Some of these free agent LB's have the same or better man and zone coverage, with 15 more speed. Basically they lack awareness which doesn't mean much in this game, or tackling, which rarely means anything imo.

2) Some routes are more effective than others in man coverage for no
reason. A slant beats any man to man you can throw at me 90% of the
time. Try doing a 10 yard in route during the game. It's useless.

3) Flat routes are broken on play actions. Why is my pro bowl cornerback worried about matt schaub scrambling, cover the frickin flat!

4) Have bad safeties actually make severe mistakes. Have bad wide receivers actually make severe mistakes. route running and zone coverage doesn't mean enough right now. Safety and WR is all about speed unless your brandon marshall / fitzgerald etc.

5) I'll just use this example: I have Ryan Clady in an online franchise, Kyle VandenBosch kept getting to the outside of him on every single run outside the tackles...clearly ryan clady doesn't know what i want him to do on stretch plays or pitches.

6) Defense can't adjust to motions fast enough, when you do an audible because the other guy magically knows what defense your in thanks to motion, the entire dfense is running around in circles. On the other side, being able to hike when a wr is doing a motion and he's right behind the center...is so stupid.

7) Injuries. They don't happen when getting tripped by a defensive end, they happen when you get hit stuck by Laron Landry or you land awkwardly in a gang tackle. Injuries are way too random and probably too frequent.

8) DE contains aren't supposed to intercept passes to the sideline. They are supposed to stop the quarterback from scrambling toward the sideline.

9) Engage Eight should stop pitches with aware defenders.

i'd like to see the ball carriers carry the ball better, it looks like there carrying a loaf of bread.

for an attribute besides speed to matter.. its ridiculous how easy it is to put a 200lb safety at linebacker and be effective or put in a 57 ovr guy just bc he has spd and he makes plays

and please can we bring back special teams substitutions.. im so damn tired of having my 3rd and 4th wr and 2nd string te running down on kick-offs.. that s*** is bogus.. why would the computer put the worst tackling and block shedding people on the team on kick-off coverage.. i use the jags a lot and i have torry holt running down on kick off, thats just ridiculous.. i want to be able to put my backup corners, safetys, and linebackers out there, maybe then half my ko team wont just get pushed over like bowling pins

they should add a strip attribute bc some players are more adept at causing fumbles than others.. like harrison from pitt, he goes for the strip almost every time he sacks the qb and is very good at knocking it outta their hands

ALL I WISH FOR IS MADDEN TO NOT SUCK.If i listed all the things of things of what i want to be in madden 11 ill be here all day. so i just kept it simple

it would be cool to see a "creat your own package" feature, that allows you to creat your own formation packages, now of course there should be limitations so wherever you could really sub in a player is where you could put a player for the feature, this way you could have a run stop setup package and just flick the stick or select the package you have specifically designed for run downs or situations without having to manually sub all the players in, this way i could manually switch between my normal setup, my pass defense setup, and my run defense setup, this feature could also be carried over to the offensive side fo the ball as well, just an idea though....

I wish madden 11 will bring back the weapon icons where you can see all the teams weapons.

I miss seeing a lightning bolt under my RB steve slaton and a cleat with wings underneath Dre for his speed.

Bring back the Fairplay feature!!!!!

Please find a way to put a cap on online level advancement for these bums that only play lvl 1's.. you should not be able to get ranked all the way up into the 30's and be listed in the top 100 if all you do is play lvl 1 people.. its bullshit.. idk about 360 but it seems like fcking half the people in the top 100 on ps3 do this.

i did know who all the good players were,
but i still thought that they were a cool graphic, and it was always fun seeing your bulldozer back knock someone over
