Goal line, HB off tackle...How to stop it.

Had a guy abuse this play on me yesterday, and I use the stillers. Just to give you an idea, I don't let anyone run on me. My opponent rush yards per game is around 40 and my average opponent level is 19. So being as pissed off as I was, i went back to the lab to find the defense for this play. Here is what I found.

The idea is to force him back inside, hes running off tackle meaning he wants to go to the outside.

46 Normal - Inside blitz

Setup 1:

spread the line
contain the strong DE (the DE thats on the same side as the two TEs)
global reblitz all LBs
spread the Lbs

Setup 2, same play..
spread the line
contain the strong DE (the DE thats on the same side as the two TEs)
pinch the LBs RIGHT before he snaps the ball (timing is crucial)

If done correctly the lb will tackle the qb before he even hands it off. Even if he doesn't, still pretty good containment.

3-4 predator weak side blitz...pinch line, contain de's spread lb's ...user weak side middle lb...work all the time...every time

well i mean theres gotta be a boundry. i would get ripped if i came in here saying FG block was my off tackle D lol sure it may work, but hes blitzing 8 guys. thats not an off tackle D, thats an all out blitz
