| My favorite moment was when they showed the yankees raping the red sox in the first 3 games of 2004 alcs then showing david ortiz and dave roberts beat them in the next 2 games, then showed highlights of schillings game 6 that day throwing 7 shut out innings in NY taking it to game 7.. Cuz that was the moment I knew for sure we were winning our first championship in 86 years.. Schilling in my family is simply known as "god" not to disgrace any religion but to bostonions the red sox and baseball is a religion and he was the guy who lifted 86 years of bad luck and stress off our shoulders..
Most memorable moment tho was the way espn allowed abc to take over their channels when 9/11 happened.. I was home sick from school that day and woke up and watched like every minute of it, I will never forget that day watching abc on the espn channel when I woke up..

| Wow erik cosillius or how ever u spell his name thinks the biggest negative moment in espn history is the OJ chase... How is that more negative then the USA being attacked on 9/11/01? This is why mike and mike should never get vacation! Haha | |

| Haha no "fantasy football" expetr should ever be able to host a great show like anything on espn!!! I'm completely annoyed by them but I have like 3 beers left and a half bottle of jager.. Gota finish them to win a bet... Haha I'm watching sportscenter now though.. | |

| When I get a job.. Right now I'm makin like $70-80 bucks a day playin poker for 5-7 hours a day at a local casino.. I'm payin my bills that are more important... Got 2nd interviews both on wednesday at walmart and red carpet so hopefully I get one at least and ill get a cheap laptop and get online so I can play madden competitively again..
Watching sportscenter I just remembered another moment I won't forget will be when ray borque won the stanley cup with colorado.. He wanted to stay in boston but they traded him and gave him 2 great years in colorado and he got a well deserved ring that he wasn't gona get in boston.. I hate hockey but living in massachusetts u can't not watch it cuz everywhere u go people are talking..

| Its all good.. The catch by tyree was amazing! I was crushed obviously but no denying the greatness of that catch and that solely beat the pats that year.. I believe it was 3rd and 14 or something like that and eli broke 2 tackles, scrambled and hit tyree who made the great catch on top of his helmet.. Amazing, that's why they play the games! That's why the yankees aren't being crowned right now... And as much as I hate it, the sportscenter in 2003 when aaron boone hit the walk off hour off tim wakefield... I won't ever forget it cuz I know wake is a real red sox player... I knew he was crushed by it, he was set up to be the next ted williams, johnny pesky, dominick dimaggio... So glad he got that ring in 04 cuz I know it really crushed him in 03 to let boone walk off.. Ill never forget that 03 sportscenter when boone did that.. haha | |

| Yea sooo many memorable moments.. The mcguire sosa chase for the hour record(allthough they both cheated, still memorable) bonds the next year every at bat was a hour or walk... I couldn't imagine what life would be like today without sportscenter... Its great seeing bob lee and the swami together for the first episode on the 30th aniversary... | |

| Haha u bring up the tragedies and right away I have 2 that I remember and 1 was when I was 6months old but I've seen it so many times living in boston and that was len bias over dosing.. The other was when reggie lewis collapsed on the floor in the boston garden and dying later that night of a heart condition he didn't know he had.. Now that I'm thinkin about it, magic announcing he had aids and america knew so little we all thought he was gona die.. He brought so much aids awarness to this country cuz he was a celebrity its amazing.. | |

The other was 2008, (sorry for bringing this back up, Boston Beanr), us winning that Super Bowl. I think that was the greatest week of my life. Another great moment for me, is showing coverage of the Bulls winning the first title (I actually grew up a Bulls fan).

| Its all good.. I have so many memories, good and bad.. Another one I just remembered was when joe torre demanded in 2002 I believe it was to have his AL allstar short stop to go tell cal ripken jr ur playing SS for the first inning.. We all knew it was his last year.. It was either arod or jeter... I think it was arod.. Great moment for baseball since he was a great SS for 2/3 of his career.. | |

| Me too! Ripken, ryan sandberg, tony gwynn, and the one last true HOFer with out a doubt in my mind ken griffey jr...favorite players to watch.. They all played with heart and competitiveness..so great to say I watched them play!! And I'd put wade boggs, nolan ryan, the big unit, pedro martinez, and derek jeter on that list too.. If any of those guys tested positive for roids I'd stop watching baseball for like 2 weeks... Haha naw but it would hurt my feelings a little bit since I love baseball so much.. Schilling better be clean too! | |

| Another moment I won't forget would be the earthquake during the world series killing 60+ people... And ona better note when USA won the womens world cup, the dream team, the redeem team, and watching fresno state win the 2008 college world series... From underdogs to wonderdogs.. Even tho I didn't move here yet I still had a lot of family who believed and called me every day to make sure I was watching and cheering for them.. | |

| Agreed, brother.
We've seen a lot of crazy stuff on SportsCenter as well....the Ron Artest incident, the recent LeGarrette Blount punch, Doug Christie vs. Rick Fox, so on.
I was actually in that Loma Priest earthquake in 1989, I was one, and the earthquake hit right as we were passing the Bay Bridge. Longest 8 seconds of my life. Only thing I remember as in early childhood.
Big A's supporter back in the younger days...
