how do you stop the WILDCAT !??

I usually blitz the corners

46 outside blitz user saftey

User your OLB --- spread the line, set for MAN. Most people who abuse the wildcat run the KC PB i've noticed, all run plays. Unless the wildcat QB is nasty fast, they will normally try and break through the left side of your line... if you user it right, you can stomp that out usually 4-5 yards behind the line.

nickel normal..i think its called cb dogs or cb blitz but the two corners blitz and the LBs are in yellow zones...use that play...put linemen in, bump and run, blitz all linebackers

all i do is do engage eight frum 46 and completely disregard a wildcat pass play. buh the trick is to position them in a way so one or two people burst through. sort of like a nano buh it catches the hb instead of the qb.

Blits the corners and spy the LB.

man coverage/ man blitz.... mlb on qb spy (fs if you wanna be super carefull)... press line... watch them suffer.

QB contain out of the 3-4, nickel and 46 have been pretty decent for me...

I use engage 8 to stop wildcat and stay on my safety just encase of a pass

i set 1 of my audibles for goaline gaps fire.when i see the off come out in the wildcat i pick any 3-4 def then audible into it and spread the lbs..i get at least a 2 yard loss every time.u have to user control the free safety in case of pass but if its a pass the pressure comes so fast he always gets hit while throwing and throws up a lollipop for an easy pick.

i asked the same question once.. and i was told to use puntblock man. works everytime.

i use a dollar get as many fast guys on the field as i can works everytime

HELL YEAH that goaline gaps fire destroys WILDCAT only weakness though is if corner gets trucked sometimes they make break but other than that its solid. Ill have to try it with the 3-4 package good stuff.

Another play that is really good vs wildcat is 4-3 over- CB blitz, this play is very good and gives pass protection, i also blitz outside LBS and spread them.

yup puntblock works best....minus yards almost every time

to stop wildcat i always blitz the corners.

I use Dime: All Out Blitz. I crash the line out and control on of the safeties. It works pretty good for me.

Nickel Normal Overstorm Brave

Spread the line, crash out
reblitz the LB's (RB Right Stick down)
Put one LB in an A-Gap, user the other one, blitz at the snap.

Loss of yards every time

I use 46 rush outside, go BnR. Never had a problem.

nickel 1-5-5 prowl mlb blitz

Slide lb's to the right press coverage and play the blue zoned safety, 99.9% of the time they dont even get to take a few steps because for some odd reason when running wildcat the lb blitzing will kinda have a bit of a delay and BAM shoots through and gets right to the rb

I use the QB Contain out of the 3-4 defense. I will have to try the punt block...

I haven't had too many people pass out of the wildcat....Has anyone seen this work effectively. I would be worried about that using the punt block...but I'll give it a try....
