I got this form the official strategy guide-(NE PB among others)

Shotgun Spread HB Slip Screen-
Hot Routes-Right slot slant out-Both left side recievers on drags(to provide blocking once HB gets the ball.If opponent manually covers the screen you have 2 drags and an in route to dump the ball off to.Hope this helps.

use the de contain on the side u are going to throw the screen and grab the other de to dont let the qb scramble
