Question? about breaking tackles

As you can see by the video, I guess it happens randomly.. but what do I do to break out of tackles? Do i keep slamming up on the right analog?

thats just called bull shitt my brother have u ever seen that in the nfl noo, they fucked the defense this year toatally so far game is garbage

that bs happened to me 2!!! LT & Sproles were just bulldozing their way outta gang tackles. the one sproles did, which was the td that beat me, WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IN REAL LIFE!!!! there was practly a wall of defenders that he just graciously happened to break out of. damn i was steamin' last night!
