how to beat zone defensese? people are blitzing me and they get in and hurry me up or hit me? how to protect against this?

beat zone defense by throwing slants and drags, Screens work well against a zone too. Also if he is blitzing you then throw it quickly to the TE or guy in the slot, from the shotgun.

Then keep yo RBs in to help block....keep a TE in........If they are bringing ALOT of heat chances are that the flats are open.
