Tigers v. Red Sox fight

Hell yea we do!! Last 5 seasons 3 times we've seen each other in the playoffs and we are 9-1 against them..

Well, recent history favors both of us.

The Tigers last went to the playoffs in 2006, and we took out the Yankees pretty easily, and the Sox seem to have the Angels number in the playoffs.

To be honest I want the yanks in the alcs.. I'm really really scared of great pitching.. Edwin and verlander can scare people and I'm scared of them.. I think lester will hang in there with whoever he would face if we played in the alcs.. Beckett is lookin like piece of s*** beckett and its gone on for 4 starts now so I'm starting to worry.. Yanks pitching can't hang with us.. Sabathia is terrible in the playoffs and burnett is terrible vs the red sox period.. And with everyone on the yanks nuts it would be nice to be the team to bounce them from the playoffs once again..

That's why I think we can take out the Yankees yet again, but that hitting...when it's on for New York, you can't seem to stop it.

Sabathia and Burnett are highly overrated, and they fade as the season goes on.

Verlander and Jackson have proven they can go into October and pitch well (2006 and 2008, respectively), and I honestly think it will be our two teams in the ALCS this year.

If we lose to the Yanks in the playoffs, I won't live it down (I have a lot of Yankees fans and "fans" -- get it?) one bit...
