Madden 10 Rocket Catching

youll need to know how to get yourself out of nasty situations. i just played a ranked gm and it was 3rd and 5, 4th qtr, and 30 seconds left, score 21-17, and i audibled up to a play that had a post to the sidelines in it. my hb who was assigned at FB audibled up to a WR for the play i was running was on the post route to the sideline i did the RC with, I caught it for a 40 yard TD. the thing is that RCing can get you out of tough situations, whether it be converting on 4th and 8, or the game winning play. know your opponents coverages and KNOW YOUR PLAY. RCing isnt cheesing if you use it when you need to. i know if i go to a tourney and they dont say RCing isnt allowed, i wont do it unless my opponent is doing it every play. so RCing is a tactic, its not a cheesy scheme.

i used to RC a lot.. its just cuz it made everythin so damn easy.. but im completely done wit it.. madden 10 is here and time to start off wit a clean slate.. i loved RC but i wont miss it.. i hated that ppl hated it so much.. but it got me wins.. but goodbye and good riddence.. even if there is sum RC in 10, i wont ever do it.. i dont think its cheese but it makes things easier and i want to get all the credit for my wins.. im guna get my credit wit good plays and good schemes.. thats how madden should b anyways.. it should b the more football smart guys that win games, not ppl that find bugs in the game and take advantage and abuse those bugs..

just to tell u again so u dont take this the wrong way.. i dont think its cheese, im just done usin it for good..

i dont agree with rcing, because there just be one thing to do when its crunch time... you should have to work for it, and rcing isnt right in my opinion, it was used way to much in last years madden, hopefully it's will limited this year

If its something that CANNOT be stopped, its a cheese period.

In madden, for every play...theres a play that can stop it...thats been the motto of madden since the first one came out.

if U want to bump and run all game...do a fly or slant...

if u want to run cover 2...since a TE over the top/middle...

get my drift?...

in RCing..there is NOTHING that can counter it, only possiblility is a hit stick, and it doesnt work....so hows that not a glitch?

rc is not a glitch.. it take skills to do it, any1 can glitch

i dont see what this has to do with 2010 cuz you cant really do a ranked game in 10 yet but rcing in 10 is near impossible on man it is doable on zone but it is hard as hell to get the guy to turn around. i have been able to MIR a few times though but nothing dominant. and rcing is stoppable i can sto pmost peoples rcs in 09

Rocket Catch is Skill n for those who can't stop it by now heres a tip its called user...U have sum of that n you'll pick it off all day...

and this is against cover three there will probably be the RC in 10 but i dont think it will be as effective as last year and easier to defend this is just what i think and i hope

the rocket catch on youtube is the 5 min demo of the superbowl.....there is no rocket catch in madden 10....b/c i applied the technique from ncaa 10 but got no results from the madden.....so we can offically say good bye to rc in madden 10(damn!!!-just when i learn to do it--)

RC is still there just the QB's throw like sh*t.

Lynch did it on me when we played the other day. I think it was just two times though. All the other times the ball went out of bounds. It can be done though but the pass leads aren't like last year.

cmon man rc is no glicth its a skill, is it the same as 09 stick wise

It's even easier to do just the Qb's throw so wildly.

I heard it was easy to do on the PS3 this year, so good luck with that.

Here you go broadwae. This is what rocket catching looks like. It just gives you better position on the defender, pretty much making them useless.
