Just to help out, this is what I think you should do:
Create a new sticky with instruction and rules. Instruct everyone to follow this example:

1.
If you are serious about joining the league send an email to Email@address.com
In the subject of the email, Put the following:
"Screen name= BigKofi : GameTag= BigKofi"
2.
In the body of the email, input the following:
"First choice team= New Englend"
"Second Interested Team=Chargers"
(Optional)
First name= George
Phone 411- 9111

Fudopi- This will help you organize the league and keep track of everyone in the league.
Put together an email group for the league and inform every one of the Draft date and what to do.

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help.
