Is there a deadline date to when the franchise will be started. I can get a few guys to join. I don't know what the number count is the total players.

The deadline to get in is august 21, you can sign up after we have 32 guys just you'll have to wait an see if a spot clears up. So until we get 32, you're in no matter what, after we get 32 you're on a waiting list.
