Dbl Corner Pinch

this is one of my absolute favorite bltizes to bring the HEAT down on the QB and those who love to roll him out. because i run this so much...i have place the Cover 4 in my audibles. here's the set up.

Dollar:

Dbl Corner Pinch
-Freeze the D
-BnR
-Spread/Crash the D-line In (down)
-LBs in Hook Zones (yellow)
-Manually control a LB or Safety to watch the deep middle or sidelines
-Pass Commit

*Note: i do the first 3 steps immediately after the huddle and BEFORE they hit the LOS. i also mess around with a variety of set ups (i.e. both LBs in Buzz Zones (purple), 1LB in a Buzz Zone, 1LB blitzing, both LBs in a QB contain, both #3-#4 CBs in Buzz Zones (purple)...dropping the NT back in deep coverage etc.) to confuse my opponent. this play gives my "Dirty Black-Birds" many pics!

do you play deep safety since this is C2?

i guess lb for deep middle and safety for sidelines.. just guessing.. could be the otherway around too

sometimes CJ! it depends on what i see my opponent is trying to hit. i will either user a LB or a Safety (mentioned in my 1st post). the HEAT is so intense and because i throw in a variety of set ups with it (i never do the same set up 2x in a row) you are bound to get a pic sooner or later. most of my opponents try to use the hurry up and beat the blitzing CB and Saftey (1 on 1) with a streak instead of the post. so...when i see this...i just audible to the Cover 4 (mentioned in my 1st post) and make minor adjustments to shut down the streak and post route. i absolutely love this play!
