corner routes

i just played this dude who was the chargers, and all he had in was his biggest WR/TE in the game. the play he ran was either switch, or bench switch out of snugs flip. he would leave the corner routes as is but he would hot route everybody else to a slant out and then motion his HB out and do the same thing with him.

i TRIED EVERYTHING. purple zones, 2 purples on each side, shading the safties twards the sideline. i usered it as soon as he threw it, and NOTHING worked

was this something along the lines of a "glitch" or just exploiting the AI?? or was this just a matter of his players being taller then mine?

I would say have your corners in hooks and your safeties in purple zones, and just user the wide side of the field. But I think its just the quality of qb (rivers) plus the height factor and talent of the recievers (VJax and Gates)

You really can't stop that I use this play when I need a first down. It is straight Money. For some reason though if you keep doing it the defense will adjust. You know what I like to do when I get stuck and can't stop a certain play. I go into a game with the CPU and run that same play he was running and then look on instant replay and see what the CPU was doing on D. This works wonders for me when trying to stop hot routes and stuff. Try it out.

nice idea cajun....also black try a cover 2 sink...but ur d line man into purple zones and put ur safeties in purps as well....should work
