Nice tutorial. Great idea making a video clip for it too. I have been having mixed results with my D, and am thinking about changing my team from the Colts to something else. I have been interested in the 1-5-5, it seems more balanced than my current setup for the Colts which is alternating between the 4-4 and dime. It works pretty well if you put Bob sanders in as one of your OLBs for the 4-4 (big hitting/stripping the ball from a QB is money) but the better players always seem to score just enough to close out my normally potent pass balanced offense. Any suggestion on what playbook/s to use for the 1-5-5 or what teams are best?

Pit is the playbook that I have been looking at for a while.

Instant improvement of my D. Originally i was going to switch to the ravens but i noticed the DE pass rush package so the entire 1-5-5 formation works perfectly for the colts. I run the formation every play except for 4 or 5 WR sets even though you can quite effectively. I throw in this blitz maybe once every 2 sets of downs or in the redzone, and it takes em by suprise every time. THX! the formation is this good>

there are certain routes that are un-bumpable if you motion the guy and quickly hike the ball. example: the route that looks like an upside down checkmark, usually cutting back to the sideline, is unbumpable when you motion and quickly hike. his route takes off at a slight angle to the right (if on the right side), so when you motion left then hike, he cuts back to right before he can get bumped. throw the ball before he cuts back to the sideline.

Scramble out with QB, un bump routes, block with HB this is useless.

Sorry for the delay, I'm still waiting for my new laptop to come in and I can get videos out much faster. I felt this video could help players in defending the flats. Enjoy

Of course, I see my hot routing has faked you out so fast you didn't even see the adjustments. Nice.....lol
The first setup was the official the second setup could be used as well. One of your corners need to be in contain tho.
