so its dre's jersey that makes him play good? not his hard work or talent? i mean i get the saying "look good, feel good, play good" but how far does looking good actually go? are you saying a guy can be lazy all game week, not prepare at all, and on gameday put on a nice lookin jersey on and all of a sudden ball out without having put in any work? so im guessing peyton manning is good beacuse he wears the flashiest uniform in the league right?....

your right its the jersey that makes the player not the hard work and determination the player displays that makes him good, its simply the uniform he's in....i mean listen to yourself, when i said the jersey's look like they glow you said "So what ur saying is they got some type of magical power C'mon son" but now your saying you think flashy uniforms make players play better, your basically saying the jersey's have "magical powers" your totally contradicting yourself, if you believe jerseys make players play better thats all good and fine but for me its about what the player brings physically and mentally that determines the outcome of games, if you dont have your mind right or you dont work hard physically it wont matter how flashy or nice looking your jersey is your gonna lose cuz chances are the guy across from you did put in the time and work to better himself.

There are some players that don't have to practice b/c they are so good and when they put on a certain jersey there gonna be in BEAST!!!! mode.

and what players are exception to practice? that the most rediculous thing ive ever heard. this is REAL life man its not like mike, you dont get to put on an item of clothing and "magically" become good, anyone who makes it to the NFL had to work hard to get there, its not a cake walk to the NFL? it takes enless hours of hard work and preperation, does it come easy for some? yes but to say "some players dont have to practice beacuse they are so good" is down right rediculous. i mean seriously who can you name in the league today that is so good that they dont have to work hard or practice?

you really think those players got to where they are today by not practicing and working hard? i mean bree's and manning have rings!!! you dont get those by not working hard man..... peyton, drew, and even mike all worked hard to get to where they are today, thats a slap in the face to them to say it was EASY for them.....

Eagles guard max jean-gilles recently underwent lap-band surgery to lose 60-70 pounds, max wants to get down to 330-340, a more suitable playing weight for him, this could possibly be a new trend for lineman facing weight issues.

you honestly think they dont need practice? bree's is trying to repeat his performance last year, peyton didnt even win in the ship last year and they dont need practice? everyone i dont care who you are needs practice, only a perfect man doenst need to practice, and im pretty sure bree's and peyton have flaws as they didnt go undefeated last season, so i would love to know how they dont have to practice. you dont get to be as good as those two are withough hard work, i mean those two were in the ship last year?! you dont get there by "not practicing", can you gimme a reason why they dont need to pracice? what makes them an exeption?

He's really good just one little mistake in the ship nothing really to big.

Eagles 1st & 2nd round draft picks Brandon Graham & Nate Allen in madden 11.

-graham right now is sportin J.T.'s old number (54) so i dono if he'll wear 94 or 54, and he looks way too tall and elongated, he's a shorter more stocky guy, but its all good he looks siick, so does nate allen, he looked huge at his press conference.

So B-_-R-_-B what do you think of KOLB this season you have to have high hopes for him huh with all the weapons he's got to throw to he should be successful right.

listen im not gonna blow up kolb and say he's the next best thing cuz he's very unproven at this point, im gonna let his play do the talking for the ealges and thier critics, he's really just a big question mark, a question mark with great upside and potential but a question mark non the less, he's got all the weapons and targets he needs to be successfull so he wont be able to blame anything on anyone else, its all on him right now, i think the eagles will go back to a true west coast offense, utilizing short to intermediate passes as thats where kolb's accuracy shines, i also think they will run the rock a bit more with mike bell and charles scott to take some pressure off of kolb, it wont all be on kolb's shoulders like it was donovans beacuse kolb cant scramble like 5-mac and doesnt have the arm that donovan has. I am not gonna say he's philadelphia's savior beacuse i was happy and content with donovan, ill miss him alot, i am however very confident in kolb and expect great things from him.

well, i'll be dammed. an eagles fan who doesnt hate mcnabb. i have now seen everything. im not sold on kolb either, we'll see if he lives up to the hype he has created

i mean i see it from the ealges stand point and donovan's, personally ive always loved him being the quarterback of my team, he always carried himself with such dignity and respect, there have been countless times he could have lashed out at the city and its fans but he was the bigger man and took the bullets from the media for the good of the team and the organization, i mean you gotta look at what he's done for the philadelphia eagles as an organization what was it like 9 playoff appearances in 11 years? and 1 superbowl apprearance? how can any fan be the least big unhappy with being a top team and playoff contender year in and year out? and what would ya know 5-mac was at the center of all thier success and a HUGE reason the eagles have been as successfull as they have.

The eagles fans wont trully respect him until he's gone, ive said that for some time now and now that he has maybe a few seasons where production drops off and we miss the playoffs will allow philly fans to really recognize 5-macs value, i have nothing but respect for donovan and wish him the best of luck.

i wouldnt disagree with that as he is VERY deserving of a ring, knowing don though he would probably just thank all the people that helped him get to where he is today and leave it at that, its not in his nature to lash out even when he has been wronged, thats why i like him so much.

I see vick coming in by week 4-5 and completely dominating.

well hopefully thats not the case in my eyes at least but everyone has thier own opinions and thats cool, i see vick getting more playing time this season then being traded out to a team where he can be "the guy", i think trading vick out this season would ultimatley be an injustice to both vick and the eagles as he didnt play alot and the eagles wouldnt have gotten alot for him, if vick has to step in though i wouldnt be totally against it i like both guys.
