How bout dem cowboys

I love them boys ..... But the thing that gets me they have no #1 receiver on the game (Roy Williams is a joke) there o line blows and there d backs and corners are inconsistent. The best player Is Felix jones or D Ware .....how do u guys get those cool team pics on ur posts

I have to disagree with almost your entire post

There #1 WR for most of last year was Miles Austen, he is still with the team. I believe he finished close to or in the top 5 in the NFL last year. That's pretty good.
There offensive line has 3 probowlers, Adams, Gurode, and Davis,, ya one of is getting old and one had a broken leg and was just back from injury in the playoffs, sh!t happens. They are still very good.
There Corners are good Terrance Newman is one of the best in the business and the new kid Mike Jenkins suprised everybody with his talent at such a young age.
We could use help at safety.
There best player is not Felix Jones, he's not even there best at his position. But he might be your favorite, that's cool.
We are pretty much forced to give Roy another chance, were paying him a lot of money. No joke.
But I do agree with you on one thing, DWare is pretty good.

I'm pretty sure he was just talking about Madden since he said "on the game." I don't ever play with the Cowboys though so I can't really question the validity of his statement.

But even if, ask around most people will tell you that the cowboys are one of the best teams in madden.
But you have to play to their strengths
Use Barber to pound up the middle
Use Miles in the slot
Use Barber out of split back on a flat or curl
Use the two best OLinemen in the game Gurode and Davis and run in the AGap between them with Barber.
Use the speed in the nickel on defense
But most of all he did not mention Witten, if your using the boys he may be your best weapon he racks up huge yardage for me and he catches everything.
Put Witten in the slot
Put Witten in split back shotgun
Put Witten on trips to one side
Witten in snugs
Dude is a straight BEAST
Hell sometimes I run with him at fullback, plus he can block at fullback too.

IMHO and others will tell you the same

Ya, I figured he was still a bit off considering the sheer talent the Cowboys have. With all those big names, I don't see how they aren't a good Madden/real life team.

Cowboys and Chargers are overall the best two rounded teams, their should be no complaints about either, except that they may have some players who arent bloody allstars. Got a problem with Roy Williams, don't use him as your main reciever, he's still an overall solid reciever haha, not worth saying he is a joke, their defense is absolutely INSANE. Their backs are insane, Felix jones is better then his stats are which is horse s***, he has 59 catching yet he catches EVERYTHING. He also breaks out of everything, jukes fucking everything it's horrible. tony romo is also the biggest pain in the ass you'd expect a white qb to be haha.

I don't have the same kinda luck with felix, he drops a lot of balls for me. Maybe, I'm pushing the button wrong. Oh well, I don't need him too, plenty of good players to use out of the backfield on that team.

Now Witten is a horse of a different color. He does catch everything. And he breaks tackles, and he always falls forward.

Texans haha, dont hit stick slaton though!, Schaub and Johnson are a poent mix, ha they are an alright team, giants is where its at

^^^^actually slaton hardley ever fumbles "IN MADDEN" im really suprised he don't fumble as much as he should.

Yea, maybe, but you give up so much on defense if you take the texans over the Cowboys.

LOL M. Austin was one of the best WRs in the game after the first or second patch of roster updates haha and was only rated in the 70s. He's EASILY the most underrated WR, I've never made so many money plays before with a WR and I've used the Vikings/Chargers quite a bunch too (Rocket Catch with Vinnie Jack = money though).

lol miles austin is pretty good.if u can get a little distance with him you can take it to the house.felix has scored probably 40 50 tds passes online this year for me who knows maybe more.what u gotta do is roll out with romo and get felix on an island by himself on the flats if you can get him to the outside with only a couple guys around him with the right stick, jukes, practice, felix will piss off alot of people u play.Hes got really good elusive,and speed rating.I recommend shotgun or 3 wrs sets behind center with wr motion to get the man where he needs to be by himself gettin the ball and rolling out.Demarcus Ware is awesome.I really like the cbs believe it or not newman is my second fav player on defense because if u have enough practice with him and using good stick skills u can outrun almost 98% of the other team.ask anyone on here about newman he is str8 fire when he catches that ball with some seperation..

i did stick to the topic. the topic is basically about madden i just used the texans as an answer to c_stud1 problems.

IMHO the chargers are better in madden but the cowboys are a close number 2. i think the chargers are better at D and i like gates better then witten. the backs for the cowboys are MUCH better and they have some more speed at WR. i like rivers better then romo although romo is much more mobile (rivers makes every throw and romo seems to over throw it to much).


you cant really go wrong with either honestly

the chargers and boyz are no doubt 1 and 2 on madden

i think theres more better madden teams than the bolts and boys.

viks,eagles,colts,pats,saints,panthers,falcons etc etc.

i can go on & on.

User catch everything. It's pretty rare Jones drops stuff. I even go deep with him

Mm I see what you're saying, but for some of the plays I run Turner just doesn't have the speed abilities
