the guy who intercepted the pitch was probably blitzing. a while back, the featured user submitted play of the week on ps3 was a guy who intercepted the pitch with ed reed and ran it back for 6.

Lol I did that once at the end of a game against someone trying to run up the score. Ran it in for 6 and won. LOLOLOL! I pretty much brought an all out blitz and it was ruled a fumble, but I picked it out of the air and ran it back for 6.

i do it all the time. if u can get the guy on a free release from the outside and its the right toss u can do it pretty consistently. i seems to do it against that quick toss from near twin formation. the pitch is really horizontal which makes the play good because the RB gets it closer to the LOS but at the same time i can get it to like 1 out of 3 times. most of the time my guy just runs into it and it counts as a fumble and he picks it up and runs it back but if u have a DL with high awr and catch he'll actually catch it.

how do you get your guys off the edge clean with the guards pulling and the FB? cuz lately the toss has been hurtin my D if i could figure out a way to stop it in its tracks like you described that would be chill! lol

lol well i cant give up everything. u can do it 2 ways, i'll describe it to u and u can lab up exactly how to do it? i think that's fair lol. so u have a tackle and guard and center on the left right? the guard is pulling. so that mean u need someone to occupy the tackle and the center. u also need someone to occupy the weak guard so the line doesnt shift one over. if u blitz one guy outside of the left tackle he will occupy the pulling guard right, then if u blitz someone where the guard vacates u can get behind the line for the pick or knock down.

sounds easy and it really is. you just have to find the right blitzing angles and that'll take some time. u want the guy blitzing through the vacated gap to be at an angle towards the pitch and not towards the QB. sometimes this guy gets picks up so many u need 2 guys in that spot to do it really successfully. also u probably want the outside blitzer to be at a blitz angle towards the QB but have him further away from the line so he smack the RB right when he catches it assuming he's not picked up. u dont want him too far cuz then the WRs might pick him up.

again i'm not claiming to be able to do it 100% of the time but if i can get 1 pick they tend to not run it the rest of the game lol. get 2 and i guarantee they wont run it again.

depends on their formation and who you have blitzing and your alignment..you have to adjust some of your guys around.. its like when u nano up the middle how u have to move guys around same on outside usually

It happened to me with the Quick Toss before.. If they blitz in the right place and he comes through untouched then sometimes they will get to it
