| With quarter defense you can easily put together a "fag d" play but there is talk of nano's being out of the quarter formation. | |

I've tried some FAG out of it but can't seem to put the right pieces together.. Should I try em out of man or Zone or mix it in?? | |

| I like to do zone "fag d" because man can easily be beat espically when the QB has time. | |
