I'd use them if Haynesworth played like he does when he's on a CPU team. When I labbed with their defense he couldn't break free from a block and never blew up any running plays. You should be able to dominate the LOS with a great DT like himk but the way the game is made it just isn't happening.

i played someone who used the redskins and haynesworth always stopped my running plays up the middle. he played quarter and still stopped my run in the middle when i was in i form
