My D just sucks, any suggestions?

What PB should i use and how should i use it?

use NYJ use 46 as ur base D

Wait, what team do you use? Remember if your team doesn't have the skill to match up with a lot of teams, the best way to make up for it is blitzing.

if you use NYJ its a good all around one, if you use the 46 you tend to have good zone corners and fast DB's

i use the colts, is that good or should i use another team?

Im a Colts man myself. They have the potential to be one of the best defenses in the game. First of all make sure your depth chart has Hayden as your #1 CB, hes not in use by default because they are resting him for the playoffs. Same with Bob sanders, either put him in at SS or what i like to do is put him in at ROLB because his speed and hitting power = QB sacks/fumbles and he can chase down faster RBs but AP or CJ can still burn or run over him. Second control Mathis on damn near every down. He has the best pass rush ability in the game. Freeney Is awesome too, he runs faster but i find Mathis breaks the block a little faster. In my best defensive game, i had 9 sacks between Mathis and Freeney. I still lost though because the other guy had crazy good D also that scored on a couple INTs.

Because the DEs can blitz so well, leave everyone in pass coverage and try and get pressure with just the line. If you can do this all they will have left is the running game, in which case user Bob Sanders and just strafe tackle the sh** out of em.
