I play with the BEARS and since their level of skill has dropped to a 75, I struggle with stopping the run game. I need some suggestions quick. my boi talkn hella crap cuz I can't stop his run game. I'm looking for advice! best way to stop the cowboys offense Icon_mad

User either your safety or linebacker and watch witch side he runs to and go after him. Most people favor a side find out what that is.

You have to be a risky player....high risk = high reward. I play with the 3-4 defense and if i know he's gonna run....i blitz all my LB's and i user the safety and try to predict which way he run so its up to me to make a tackle if the LB's dont get him. One thing you cant do is play the run and pass. You will either play the pass or run because if you TRY and play both....you WILL get beat by both
