Gun Split Offset

What would be a good defense for plays in this formation, especially the middle cross routes. I am able to contain this, but don't get enough pressure on the QB. On the other hand if when I get pressure on the QB my coverage breaks. Thanks for your help

I have tried labbing and so far I have not come up with anything that is significant to help me on this. Please if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Use a blitz with a lot of hook zones because they're good against crossing patterns. The Cover 2 Sink blitz in 1-5-5 can be nice.

Put both CBs in flat zones then.

Dollar Defense with the safties package... depending on their preference of area and player to hit, pick the play, but the dollar spreads and aligns perfectly... as well as gets good matchups of safties on the HBs in the backfield

Good luck with that D.... split back is almost unstoppable this year if know the hot routes in certian plays.

im 49-13 and havent had any trouble with spit back out of hte dollar formation, trust me, check it... a lil user skills and its over
