Check out Gun empty Y-Saints.

Jet Sweep and PA Jet Sweep are cool plays
Y Stick and Saints Drags are decent

The Quick Screens from this formation is an awesome screen that will even work against man/BnR coverage. The B receiver heads up field, like he's going out on a pattern, then comes back behind the blocking receivers to setup the screen. No lineman pull, so it looks like a normal pass play....
