Looking for a new scheme

Im looking for a new defence scheme anyone know a good pb to start looking.
im looking for a bit of an all rounder and currently run multiple d but dont have a scheme as such,
wondering if anyone has some ideas plus what formations do you like to use

Go with the Jets

All the jet's nanos are the same and are equally easy to stop. Slide protect middle and run to the right, hit someone over middle or flat or if flat is covered rocket catch deep or center of the field. Easy as pie nanos.

i run the 4-4. nanos are even easier then the 3-4 and have some looks most ppl havent seen. can be very confusing if its run right

potent..you have'nt played swag's 3-4...nuff said!!!!!!!!!

Jets has alot of good formations but imo NE is a badass D book the 1-5-5 prowl can be made into a every down defense if setup correctly.

Yo sick I already have a good defensive scheme but i was never able to perfect the prowl and i always tell myself if I can perfect the prowl then my D would be unstoppable..... so you care to elaborate on how u setup the prowl and what plays you use for certain situations? Feel free to send me a PM

yeah!!!!!sick how you do the prowl????? it's not in the jet's p'book....but if i knew how ......i f@ck with it...
