Best man defense

what do u guys think the best to to run man defence would be?

nickle 3-3-5 last play in formation (has 3 saftey's playing back)

make the MLB go on a yellow zone

and two outside LBs go on purple zones

(call bnr before you setup the play)

if u have a good line the nickle 3-3-5 cover 2 man is good cause the 2 outside linebackers get to the flats quick and the mlb plays a hook zone.i use it alot with dallas n it works well.it does a pretty good job against the run as well.
