got a dnf & lost when gm froze before it started

Hey has this happened to anyone? I was about to play this guy online but the gm froze before the game started & i got a loss & a dnf but he got a win & his record didnt change. Is there anyway to report this cheater.

wtf is super_mario talkin about!?! The gm has frozen on me like that atleast 5 times but I havent gotten a loss or a win from it. yesterday the game froze in the 3rd qtr after a penalty was called but we both got a loss for it which is stupid.
