Ok some questions guys

1) Where the hell are pass interference flags, on O or D..I've seen zero.

2) Is there anyway to change players in kick return or punt return formations? For instance when I played several years ago (old dude) you could switch everyone around. I don't see that level of customization atm, am i just blind?

3) Im a franchise freak. Besides Pat White can you guys name some rookies to stock teams with early? The rookie MLB from the Rams is boss in a few seasons and cheap too.
