1-1-5 defense help

I am looking for a Blitz, and a good pass D. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Umm Do u mean Nickel 1-5-5??? Because i mean only running 7 defenders on the field doesnt seem doable lol. Neway, maybe i can give u a lil help. I like to run a cover 2 or cover 3 whichever u prefer. Figure out which side has less blockers I.E. 2 TE sets, stuff like that, and Overload the opposite side. I like to choose reblitz a db and a lb on the side i choose and slide my dline to that side as well. Hope I helped.
