3-4 Stack nano

First of i just want to let everyone know that i will trade blitzes for money plays on zone coverage.

Alright first of all with the 3-4 stack you can get a 4-6 bear formation by pinching D line and spreading LBs this is very god for run and creative blitzes.

3-4 Stack Any Formation

1. Pinch D Line
2. Spread LBS.
3. Reblitz RE (Left of screen)
4. Reblitz RDT (left of screen)
5. Blitz ILB and put him between RE and RDT

He will shoot through untouched 89 percent of the time this is great pressure for only a 4 man rush. This works with any 3-4 stack play. Enjoy

I have a money play out of the Run n gun playbook that beats man and zone. This play is in most playbooks. It gets you 20 yards and sometimes you will get loose for a TD.
