Great nano blitz against the inside run and pressure on the QB
FIRST-pinch D-line and crash blitz
SECOND- pinch LB and crash blitz
THIRD- you can use bump and run w/ the CB or play loose depending on situation

It's when you line ur defensive backs directly in front of the wide reciever
