Delay of game glitch is back

Just got a loss because some idiot got delay of game 3 times in a row and got booted. I knew it was coming and could not f'n remeber what to do from 09. So I just chose not to count game. I guess I chose wrong because somehow I still got a loss... If anyone remembers or knows how to avoid this glitch please let me know..

I'm confused...I never heard of a delay of game glitch. I know if you delay of game or go offside 3 times in a row you get booted but that's it.

I think you're supposed to decline the penalties.
