Recording games

I use PS3 and on youtube and other sites there you can see highlights of recorded games, is this a program or is it just highlight clips that ppl take into a movie editing program and put together?

u have to have a capture device

like camcorder or dazzle dvd recorder or any recorder that has a usb

well u take that n connect to ur system and connect it to ur computer

something like dis



also need a RCA splitter so u can get picture to ur tv and computer at the same time
