Miami Dolphins Sign super bowl winning safety

On thursday morning the miami dolphins resigned lb channing crowder and safety gibril wilson from the oakland raiders, and resigned their own standout safety yerimiah bell....our d is stacked now and with the growing interest of cb chris mccallister the dolphins might have a chance to have one of the best defenses next year...

IDK. just cuz he won the super bowl doesn't mean he did that good. I think that if they get Mcalister, they might have a chance to repeat last season, but not be better. Now every1 knows about the wildcat, and it won't be that effective as last year, cuz every1 is gunna study the film from Fins vs Ravens and mimic the ravens d pattern.

....wildcat only worked for one game....and that was because they didnt expect it.....it shouldnt be back it just got annoying and yes...he is good in the past 5 years he leads all nfl safties in solo tackles...yes more than polomalu and yes more than bob sanders...and yes more that adrian wilson id say hes pretty good....oh and he averages 3 picks a year which is very good for a safety imo


Edit: oh and know according to profootballtalk the nyj reciever is showing big interest in the miami dolphins considering chad pennington is one of his best friends....yes laverneus coles.... so he could mentor ted ginn and along with bess, camarillo, wilford, and ginn i think he could help out....

their D will be better, but not by much. and the wildcat wont work nearly as effectivly as it did last year. its to bad that the patriots had to be the first to experiece the dolphins wildcat
