combo/double moves while running

These are moves that you can perform back to back to try and shake a defender, truck a defender.
Here are the types:
You have the stutter step/truck combo. this is where you hit the right stick back, then up really fast.

The left right Juke. this is where you juke left, then right again to see if the defender falls for either of them. You also have the Right/left juke which is just the opposite of this.

You have the no turbo left/right combo. this is where you don't hold turbo down, and go left then right fast. This will stall your defender if you were holding turbo before, and also lets him get away from defenders coming form that side. Be careful with this one, bcuz if he gets hit high, he'll usually fumble.

usually when yourrunning ur geting tackled from behind or on a side but when its in front and i try that juke stuff my spinal cord is usually broken I just use the spin move

another good combo is the back juke and spin the right analog in circle and u do a more effective spin move.....alot faster than the B button spin

yep... and dont forget about double and triple spin.

The best combo is just Tap Right analog up like a maniac and break all the tackles LOLOLOLOLOL... nah just kiddin', personally i like to move a little to the inside then quickly spin to the outside, works most of the time.

wats is the double and tripple spin i've never heard of those

LOL, Thanks for the tips, i usually just run to the hole and hold "RB" before contact.

I am going to try the back then truck, that sounds like a good one

i jus use truck or i try to run away from defender

Yeah, that does sound like a good what. What I usually do though is just hold RB lol. Whenever I see someone comin close I just hold that ball tight. I hate fumbles.
