BEAT THE ZONE D

since i started using pass balanced playbook with the jets, no one has come even close to beating me.went into quick match. i just played a game and we got glitched out, all he did was play zone, i COULD NOT GET THROUGH. it wasnt even half time and i think i threw 3 picks already. the worst part is, he said he was 0-4!!on average im 90% passing. so anyway what do you do against the zone? i only found 2 plays that even remotely work, singleback TE cross i think it is where both TEs run towards each other, and screens. FWIW i usually run 3-5 WR every play like the packers did last year. SHOTGUN 5 WR is my main formation, lol. i cant find any thing though, suggestions???

try running the ball a little so they start blitzing.

have players on different types of routes that beat each type of coverage

Wait the zone out.. there are soft spots in the zone if you can buy time.. Playmaker some1 to get open

Go into to practice mode and practice against the different zone D's you have trouble with. It's all about knowing the zones weakness and hitting your wrs on time in the passing windows.

more specifically, im looking for plays that will work and what routes are better for the zone. anyone have any "money plays" when they are facing zone?

All I can say is switch playbooks.

IM GOING TO BREAK THIS FUCKING DISC IN HALF, 15 total offense at half! WTF

Man trust me on this if you go to practice mode and get the timing down on routes and when they open you will be 10 times better. Because me telling you to hit a post on a cover 2 isnt going to do you any good. Because there are just to many variables involved. Who the player is usering, safties shifted right,left, middle etc...

omg it was so so so sad. he used the same plays over and over. screen or bomb to hester. i returned a punt for a TD which never ever ever ever EVER happenes. and then tried a screen to coles and it went 80 yards LOL. took the lead with less than 60 ticks and he threw a pick (bomb to hester obv). i can NOT beat this zone tho is was a sad win.

U gota open up that playbook a little! Cover 3 is easy to beat! Run all over them on the first drive and usually they will come outa the cover 3 to stop the run and I go up top! I hate runnin more then anyone but that's what u gota do to beat that cover 3 if they sit in it all day. Run draw plays outa ur shoutgun formations, they won't audible cuz they will be scared of gettin beat deap and u can keep poundin it on them. Now that I found out how to beat the cover 3 I stopped playin it so much myself cuz its pretty simple to beat.

i got wat u need or atleast i hope...now i have posted m pass balance scheme but it is single back under center so if u run alo of shotgun u might wanna go with the patriots pb but if u like the pass balance pb den try my plays under center they beat all kinds of zone...

routes that beat the zone...slants to the left wr work well because most ppl dont flip cover 3...the fade route to the near sideline works well there too...hitches work amazings...out routes the the let side of field work even the right but u gotta wait a lil bit..also for quick first downs in cover 3 use the TE banana out 3rd and2 or 3...THATS JUS COVER 3

i got plenty more if that does help my dude so try it out...if u throw 90% of the time u need to GET YARDS on every play regardless and dont forget to do hb draw to bring in the D

Easiest way to beat cover 3 is streak your slot receiver and once you hike the ball, wait a second then throw a high bullet pass to him. Beats it every time.

i can get this a lot.

also to other guy, if im not mistaken, patriots dont have a 5 wr set. favres arm strength and 5 wr = $. this is my fav formation by far. im gonna go back and check the pats out though. and for some reason i never use 4wr but always 3 or 5.

one of my main plays against man is an out route. i throw it right after he cuts so its always good throw. however this, in my experience, is the WORST route to throw to when facing zone. i forced it once and it gotten taken back for 6. NEVER AGAIN!!!

what thecrunk said bout beating cover 3 wit the a slot on a streak is money....i play wit the eagles and use desean and wit a lil precise passing and a bullet pass its money usually 6 wit any fast WR

Jeez, try to figure out what zone the defense is using and exploit it
