Best Line backer attribute?

what are the most important stats to look at for linebacker? I don't know how to judge them like I usually just look for speed and accel pursuit and zone coverage i don't usually care about tackling because 65 and above seems to be good enough most of the time. I'm not sure just how important awareness is i know it helps but usually you have lbs with great stats that are young but low awareness

For this one mine has got to be 1. tackling, 2. speed, & 3. hit power, most all of the eagles linebackers are good tacklers, not all of them are fast but they have some guys on there that can fly, as for hit power stew & J.T. have alright hit power, but my real big hitters come in the form of akeem jordan (89 hit power) & joe mays (89 hit power), so i got my fundamental tacklers in spoon, stew, mays, jordan, gocong, & fokou, and my big hitters in J.T., akeem, & mays.

i dont mind if i just have one guy with high hit power so i have one lb i can user bcuz my gameplan is to stop the dude from gettin the ball into the hands of a an offensive player all together

I mainly look for speed at the OLB position and awareness at ILB.

i find speed to be the mose important. if they have good speed then they basically have good pursuit and can make athletic plays on defense

depends on what kind of d u play...if ur blitzing that linebacker all the time u want speed and pursuit...if he's in coverage most important is awareness...

Patrick Willis is basically a the perfect example of any player. He's a LB with DB speed and DL strength. That man is crazy good, like scary good.
