What is the best way when playing online to minimize how tired players are getting. I mean after 2 plays, the guys are tired. Any tips?

Don't use no huddle, and if you see some vital guys getting tired like an HB, pass the ball, or if its a WR run the ball. You can also call a timeout if you need to.

thisis so true you dont realize how often people get hurt on specia lteams and if yo uget a run back to like the 40 your missing your rb or wr for like 3 plays and that hurts your scheme a lot.

Dont use key players, on special teams, sub them out when they are yellow instead of red, and dont use offensive players on defense and defensive players on offense.

Played a guy with the Chargers the other day who used Cromartie as a wide receiver.. He was always tired so he never went in on defense lol!

i dont like to use D-jack as my kick returner at the beggining of the year i was using quintin demps he has just about 90 speed so he was just fine getting me out to around the 30-35 yard line then when they moved him to SS it wouldnt let me use him as a KR so since then ive been using macho harris he's deffinetly not a burner but he can make people miss with his 84 juke and spin ratings, i do however use D-jack on punt returns though he can change games from there, i would use ellis hobbs but i like a fresh guy to be able to spell sheldon and asante so i dont use him also i rotate safties alot if i see a pass heavy set like 3+ WR's then ill sub in either hobbs or macho if i see a run formation like 1 WR 2 TE 2RB then ill sub in S.J. or rotate hobbs to corner and brown to saftey cuz S.J. and sheldon are a lil more stoute against the run, either way with the constant rotation of my players and not over using them in all aspects of the game they stay reletively fresh, its worked wonders for me.

You notice those when they put them at WR that they catch the ball better than the regular WR lol. For some reason on 3rd and long they always catch it with him. But later on he got hurt in the 2nd qrt and was out for the game so when they come out with that look just look for the CB he will throw it to him alot.

This situation is easily handled on offense, where I can go from a 5 WR set down to a Goaline formation and only the TE may be in both sets, and I can sub him big on the goalline set. Thus in one set all my RBs rest and in the other all my WRs rest. And the linemen and QB don't tire as quickly.

So the biggest problem becomes tired players on defense. If you only have one defensive scheme, you are in trouble. You need to develop several schemes and use them in the proper situation. I have 3 nickel forms (155, 245, 335) a dime and a regular 3-4 along with a goalline defense. I use them in different situations, therefore in the regular course of the game I am subbing in and out players and others are resting. That just leaves me usually having to manually sub a safety once in a while or a linebacker sometimes, which is much better than trying to keep track of the whole defense.
If you rely on one defensive scheme, you also miss the opportunity to bring in a big set like 4-3 for a run blitz/protect and a fast set like 155 for a pass blitz/cover. All while resting players.
If you find yourself in a bind and are stuck playing a tired man, you can user control him and he plays a little better, but do not overuser him. Stay in your zone and stay in your lane. Then rest him.

Use your big sets on offense. Every playbook has a set where there's only 1 wr or less.( goaline) If you know you're passing on a play and the RB is not an option put in the fullback. On "D" if your linebackers are tired call a dime play and and show blitz b4 u get to the line.
