Please Help - Stopping the Strong I Close Off Tackle Play

Hey im in a league where we have rules that really limit what you can do on defense. You can only move 1 person before the snap and you must control that person until after the snap.

I use the NY Jets defense, mostly because of the players I have on my team. (Trades have been made not standard roster).

Does anyone have an effective solution to stopping this play or even marginally slowing it down so its not a guarenteed 4+ yards every play, from this defense. And with out playing a selling out d. The guy Im playing against will flip the play or audible if you shift your whole d to the strong side, so Im looking for ideas that will have balance to them as well.

Any ideas ???

3-4 over sting pinch zone, put both DE's in contains, and control the blitzing MLB.
