what is a good toss play fro run and run??

i use the run and gun pb i found a lot of great passing plays but when it comes to running there is none for me i would really like to find a good toss play but every toss play that i run the guards wont pull out far enough so when my rb catches the toss he's loss 2-5 yrds all ready ... thanks for the help

ok there are a bunch of them i like try using FULL HOUSE NORMAL WIDE-HB SWEEP. you can also try this toss play- I FORM TWIN TE HB LEAD TOSS this one is deadly if used properly. there is a SINGLE BACK with 3 wr's that has a really good 1 to but i cant remember the name. hope this helps a lil

try the I-form tight hb lead toss.
I find that that toss works really well, because the fb usually picks up the LB
